Sunday February 19, 6 days before the opening of the Paris Agricultural Show, on 12/13 attend the tasting of Saint-Nectaire. The stakes are enormous, since the winners will take part in the general agricultural competition.

72 Saint-Nectaire will be in the running for a medal

A Saint-Nectaire is already the favorite of Gilbert Soulier, also an amateur jury, who rated it 17/20 in his scoring grid. “We have this hazelnut taste that stands out, a slightly acidic taste that meets the criteria of Saint-Nectaire”, he explains. At the end of the tasting, the state tightens as evidence for the jury. The operation is a first for the cheese dairy, which already won a gold medal in Paris last year with its farmhouse Saint-Nectaire. In Paris, 72 Saint-Nectaire will compete in the general competition to win a precious medal.
