An investigation is underway into the unauthorized filming of a clip by Marseille rapper Jul, in Toul, Lorraine, the Nancy prosecutor’s office announced on Sunday February 19. According to the regional daily The Republican EastJul and rapper KVRA, originally from Toul, shot a video in a neighborhood of the city on February 12, bringing together some 500 people.

“This filming was carried out without declaration or authorization and there was endangerment of spectators by rodeos”, protested the mayor of the city, Alde Harmand, quoted by the newspaper. Fireworks were also launched, specifies France Bleu Sud Lorraine. “Four people were taken into police custody; one of them was exonerated. The police custody was lifted for the continuation of the preliminary investigation”added the assistant prosecutor, Amaury Lacôte.
