What is the life of a Vegan (in real life)?

We know vegetarians, less vegans and vegans.

Vegetarians exclude from their diet all products resulting from the slaughter of animals and therefore do not eat meat, fish, shellfish …

Vegans don’t eat anything that comes from the slaughter of animals like vegetarians but nothing that comes from animal production or exploitation like eggs, milk, honey …

Vegans adopt more than a diet, they follow a way of life which includes not consuming anything that comes from an animal. A vegan is therefore a person on a vegan diet but who in addition does not use no animal products as well for cosmetic products, as household products or clothing.

Our guest this week made the choice to become vegan 5 years ago and is working on a menu of vegan restaurants in Paris: the Vegan Tourist Paris

Why did he make this choice? Does it cost more or less? What does it do to him when he sees someone eating meat? And what exactly is he eating? Is it harder for him to find food? And does he blame those who are not vegan?
