The beginning of the 2000s having been marked by the arrival of several reality shows and cult TV shows, many of them are celebrating their twentieth anniversary at this time. This Wednesday, February 15, 2023, it is the program “Nouvelle Star” which celebrated its 20th anniversary with great fanfare on M6.
For the occasion, several former winners such as Myriam Abel, Steeve Estatof, Christophe Willem and Julien Doré had answered the call. Having become an ultra-popular singer and several times awarded, Julien Doré also confided in his participation in season 5 of the show in 2007: “It literally changed my life. My character, my sensitivity would have meant that, I think, I wouldn’t be here today with my songs. I really like the idea, all the same on a daily basis, in my head when I think about it, what to tell me that it is thanks to our meeting, thanks to that moment, thanks to the existence of the show at that moment in my life, thanks to this choice to do this casting that I I have the chance today to do what I love. I like the idea of keeping that in mind”.
Arriving on stage to the applause of the audience, the 40-year-old singer was asked to sing again, his iconic remix of Alizée’s song “Moi Lolita”. Julien Doré then settled down at the piano and began to play while Karine Le Marchand held the microphone for him to sing into. “It’s going to be a bit long, Karine, excuse me,” he said.
Always very teasing, the famous host jumped at the chance to make a naughty joke. “I’m not making a valve” she first said before skidding: But I’ve already held the heaviest “. What cause a wave of laughter on the set and also from the singer who then answered: “It touches me a lot and it offends me”.
