Ukraine fears running out of ammunition. For its part, NATO warns that its rate of production is lower than the rate of consumption of the Ukrainians.

A risk of shortage
So, is there a risk of a shortage? About 20 European Union countries supply arms to Ukraine, as do Turkey, the United Kingdom, Norway, Canada and the United States. But in these countries, industrialists have rather reduced the sails in recent years and the factories are not sized to current needs. At NATO, the allies are in a hurry to find solutions, but each country remains sovereign and no common delivery structure is envisaged at this stage.
