Zodi & Tehu, the best friends of the desert

This Wednesday, February 8, the film is released in theaters Zodi & Tehu, brothers of the desert. This feature film tells the story of a friendship between a young boy, Zodi, the Turkish head of his village, and a dromedary named Tehu. Yassir Drief, the main actor, has forged a special bond with his co-star, Tehu. “I loved seeing him, so we bonded. We were best friends. […] I loved shooting with [lui]”says the young boy.

Alexandra Lamy “captivated”

Zodi’s goal is to win the Abu Dhabi camel race reward to save his village. On his journey, he meets Alexandra Lamy, a veterinarian who whispers in the ears of camels. The actress accompanied him on the screen, but also advised him for this first role. She explains : “Three months of filming is a long time. […] He took the things he wanted to do. I was captivated.” Zodi and Tehu tell us a beautiful story of friendship and determination.
