Almost all regions of the province are expecting snow at the start of the day, up to five centimeters in places. The wind chill should still be close to -20 in the morning, and will reach -27 in some cases, namely Chaudière-Appalaches, Mauricie and the Capitale-Nationale.
Gaspésie and part of the North Shore will be under the clouds this morning. Wind chill will be around –30 in these regions. Risk of frostbite is also to be expected.
It is rather in the afternoon that Quebecers will be less cold, when the thermometer will rise to a maximum of 1. This will be the case in particular in Montreal, in its bordering regions, but will remain between -5 and -12 for several others regions.
