In January, the Slovak failed to regain his offensive touch with just one goal and three assists in 10 games with the Kitchener Rangers. In his last game with the Rangers, the 2022 1st round pick finished -3 and no points in a 6-4 loss to the Erie Otters. He has 26 points (11 goals, 15 assists) in 27 games.

Beyond the numbers, the right-handed defender stands out for his robustness and his effective play in his own territory.
