Pierre Morin Sancerre 2021 | Let yourself be transported!

Most of the Sauvignon Blanc for this cuvée comes from the village of Bué, one of the most famous in the region.

Fermented in stainless steel vats to preserve fruit and freshness, the wine is then aged on the lees for a few months. Very expressive, this Pierre Morin Sancerre 2021 offers floral, elderberry and jasmine notes, mixed with aromas of citrus fruits, zest, pear and herbs.

Fresh, fruity and delicious, this wine is above all complex, and impresses us with its finesse and harmony. Mineral undertones underlie the flavors and are reminiscent of stony soils (although there is no direct link!). Noble bitterness punctuates a long finish.

Forget what you know about Sauvignon Blanc: let yourself be transported to Sancerre by a local wine.

Enjoy with scallops with pancetta, pan-fried walleye with grapefruit and tarragon juice, crab salad or shrimp with herbs.
