09:28 : The toll of the Russian strike which destroyed a building in Dnipro, in eastern Ukraine, is now 35 dead, including two children, announces the governor of the region. “Thirty-nine people were saved, 75 were injured”says Valentyn Reznichenko. “The fate of 35 other residents of the building is unknown”as rescue operations continue.
