A true pillar of television, Laurent Ruquier now has a solid career. To find traces of his debut on the small screen, we must go back to the year 1989 when he made his first appearance on television in the program “La Classe” on FR3. Since then, this native of Le Havre has chained programs such as “Nothing to wax”, “We tried everything”, “We did not say everything”, “We only ask to laugh” or even “We is live”.
But on the strength of this experience, the 59-year-old host can still make dumplings today … This is what happened to him this Sunday, January 15, in the program “Les enfants de la télé” where he downright confused two guests. In entertainment, he indeed received among his guests Laurie Cholewa and Anne Depetrini. Only here, he wanted to present the latter by tangling the brushes a little. “Do you cook well, Laurie?“, he launched to Anne Depétrini who then replied: “So Laurie, it’s not me”.
Aware of his dumpling, the companion of Hugo Manos hastened to apologize: “Sorry Anne, I turned the wrong way,” he tried to justify himself. Fortunately for the host, the two women did not hold it against him. Laurie Cholewa even confided that she had already experienced this kind of situation in the past. “I was confused during an interview with Anne Depétrini, like what, I think the circle is complete today”, responded the host. A fair play reaction that Laurent Ruquier did not fail to underline, thanking his colleague “who comes to the rescue of an animator in perdition and that, we see the solidarity of the audiovisual sector, it’s nice”.
