“My father was a professional cyclist!”
In his field, Stéphane Plaza is essential. And he is very proud of all he has accomplished over the years: “ Don’t forget that I have been doing this job for more than 20 years and that I was a real estate agent before becoming a television presenter. So I try to bring my touch to a sector that is constantly evolving”. If to date everything smiles on him, in 2016 the host was struck by a tragedy: the sudden disappearance of his mother was a real shock for him.
In this delicate period, he was able to count on his loved ones. Especially on his dad. Last year on the HQ set, the principal concerned spoke about the latter, just 90 years old, with whom he shares countless things. According to his words, his parent is doing like a charm. “My father was a professional cyclist! He toured France in 1957 and he even represented France in Japan and he won the medal on the track.” explained Stéphane Plaza quite proud.
