the Bye-bye 2022 was watched by 4,706,000 people, Radio-Canada announced on Wednesday, making it the second most watched program in the history of Quebec television.
the Bye-bye 2021 remains at the top of the charts with its 4,862,000 viewers, while third place is occupied by the Bye-bye 2020which had gathered 4,662,000. In both cases, the programs had been broadcast in the midst of a pandemic, when this year social life had more or less returned to normal.
This confirmed audience includes the live broadcast and recordings, but not the replay of the 1er January.
As for the other end-of-year shows, with its 2,493,000 viewers, the show New Year’s Day Live surpassed its record set last year of 2,334,000.
Infoman fell from its record of 3,629,000 last year, but still garnered 3,236,000 viewers.
See you next year was also watched by 1,988,000 people, an increase of 50,000 people compared to last year.
