While some emerged victorious from telecrochet, others were able to break through and succeed in the profession through their innate talent. Over the many seasons, the public has been able to meet many artists and fans will be able to find the best moments of the program in a few weeks.
Indeed, the New star celebrates its 20th anniversary. For the occasion, Marianne James, Manu Katché, André Manoukian were able to meet to answer questions from journalists on the special episode which is coming in the year 2023. A program that marked the jury, just as much as the viewers as Manu Katché suggests. “What is incredible is the freedom of expression of this program. I realize that today if we say something, we would be taken apart. We allowed ourselves a lot of things, I don’t know whether it was for the good or not of the show but I have rarely heard a freedom of expression like that and it marked me”he rejoiced during the press conference as noted by our colleagues from Feminine.
The “Star Academy” tackled by Marianne James
Aired from 2003 to 2017 the showM6 however, had to face serious competition given that the star Academy broke records at the same time. But competition or not, the New star has nevertheless been able to pull out of the game and still attract as many fans. Recipe ? Marianne James seems to know her.
“The audience had a date with music. The program is pure, we didn’t need to film what was happening at night or make them run in a park”, said the member of the jury who took the opportunity to subtly tackle Anisha, Enola, and the other candidates of the Star Academy. An opinion joined by Bruno Monroe, the candidate for season 4 of the tele-hookM6 : “When we came to the Nouvelle Star, we were taken as artists with our universe, we were not students”.
