(Toronto) Joseph Woll made 56 saves, Bobby McMann had a brace and the Toronto Marlies beat the Laval Rocket 4-2 on Sunday.
Adam Gaudette scored a goal and an assist for the Marlies. Alex Steeves also flashed the red light on the home side.
Joel Teasdale led the Rocket offense with a goal and an assist. Gabriel Bourque also hit the mark. In the loss, Kevin Poulin stopped 13 of the shots.
Woll had the number of Rafaël Harvey-Pinard, who headed 10 unsuccessful shots on goal.
Jean-François Houle’s men will take back the collar on Wednesday against the Americans, in Rochester.
