(Longueuil) Alcohol could be involved in a collision that injured four people in Longueuil, in Montérégie.
The violent collision between two vehicles occurred overnight from Friday to Saturday on Taschereau Boulevard, between Georges and Charles streets.
The four occupants of both vehicles were transported to a hospital.
“We fear for the life of one of these people, a woman whose age is unknown,” said Constable Jean-Pierre Voutsinos, spokesperson for the Longueuil Agglomeration Police Service (SPAL). .
“A woman in her twenties was also arrested for driving while impaired,” he said.
Taschereau Boulevard was still closed to traffic in the area around 7 a.m. Saturday morning.
