(Tampa) The Tampa Bay Lightning signed rookie defenseman Nick Perbix to a two-year, $2.25 million contract extension on Monday.
Perbix, 24, has three goals and five assists in 29 games this season. He’s tied for second in goals among Lightning defensemen and fourth in points.
Perbix was a sixth-round pick, 169e in total, from the Lightning in the 2017 NHL Draft.
