The great Brazilian soccer player Pelé died Thursday at the age of 82. Here is an overview of his career in numbers.

Pelé won the World Cup three times, in 1958, 1962 and 1970. He ranks sixth among scorers with his 12 goals scored in 14 games.

On the Brazilian stage, Pelé has won the São Paulo state championship ten times and the national championship ten times. He also lifted the Copa Libertadores in 1962 and 1963.
