Inadmissible behavior that the president of the FFF, Noël Le Graët wished to close condemned via a letter addressed to his Argentine counterpart. “I wrote a letter to my counterpart from the Argentine Federation, I find these excesses abnormal, in the context of a sports competition, and I find it difficult to understand. This is going too far. Mbappé’s behavior was exemplary,” he explained in an interview with our colleagues from West France this Thursday, December 22, 2022.
Concerned about the racist messages and the hatred to which several players of the France team find themselves confronted, Noël Le Graët added: “We have launched various procedures. It’s very shocking. These are boys who gave their best for the France team to succeed. It is important that we support them”.
So let’s hope that these attempts at intimidation stop as soon as possible and that Noël Le Graët’s counterpart is quick to speak out to condemn the intolerable and mean actions of the Argentine players.
