“I hope that this team will be able to deploy in other CIUSSS, in other environments. The Mobile Resolution Team is an initiative of the CIUSSS de l’Est-de-l’Île-de-Montréal. It offers a listening and support service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for individuals in crisis. We met Kim Simard-Tremblay, department head of this team, so that she presented us with a human and decompartmentalized model, centered on the needs of the patient.
