(Paris) French singer Florent Pagny, who had to cancel part of his tour in 2022 because of lung cancer, will return to the stage for a series of festivals in 2023, he announced Thursday on the networks social.
He has made public the names of twelve festivals where he will perform in June and July in France and Switzerland. Other concerts will be announced later, it is specified in this message which gives no indication of the state of health of the 61-year-old singer.
He announced almost a year ago that he had to cancel the remaining thirty concerts of his 60th birthday tour to undergo treatment for a cancerous tumor in the lung. In March, he took part in a concert in support of Ukraine.
Historical juror of the reality show of the TF1 channel The Voice with nine seasons on the clock, Florent Pagny had continued the recordings for the edition which ended in May, but will not participate in the twelfth season next year.
