Gang rape charges | Three former Drummondville Voltigeurs players targeted

Three ex-Drummondville Voltigeurs players, including Shayne Corson’s son, Noah, are targeted by charges of gang rape for a story that occurred in 2016, reports journalist Martin Leclerc of Radio-Canada.


At the time, two of the three suspects were minors. Noah Corson was 18 years old.

According to the journalist, Noah Corson has given up his preliminary investigation. He is due to appear in June 2023 at the Drummondville courthouse.

In a statement, the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League said it was only just made aware of the 2016 incident, along with the Voltigeurs. She reiterates that both she and her teams will offer “their full cooperation with the police investigation and the judicial process if they are requested. »
