Health authorities reported Friday 1,981 hospitalizations linked to COVID-19 in Quebec, a stable number compared to the previous day. Of these, 51 patients are in intensive care, two less.
Quebec also reports 16 additional deaths from the disease, including two in the last 24 hours, and officially lists 1,080 new cases of COVID-19.
Since the start of the pandemic, 1,262,542 infections have been reported, and 17,442 of them have been fatal.
