In recent days, the tension has been palpable in the West Indies. the Minister of Overseas Territories is on the spot to try to calm a very complicated situation.

The crisis in the West Indies continues to create a tension that is rarely seen. Martinique and Guadeloupe are at the heart of clashes and excesses.
