Quebec reports four additional deaths linked to COVID-19 on Monday, including two in the last 24 hours, and officially lists 686 new cases of COVID-19.
Data on hospitalizations are also no longer counted on weekends, due to a change in the methodology used by the Ministry of Health.
A total of 3,433 healthcare workers are absent for COVID-related reasons, such as preventive withdrawal or isolation.
Since the start of the pandemic, 1,257,371 infections have been reported, and 17,390 of them have been fatal.
