Raptors 105 – Nets 114 | Nets claim fourth straight win

(New York) Kyrie Irving had 27 points and the Brooklyn Nets built a comfortable lead to win 114-105 against the Toronto Raptors on Friday night.


Kevin Durant had 17 points and Nic Claxton had 15 for the Nets, who have won their last four games.

Pascal Siakam scored 24 points and OG Anunoby added 21 for the Raptors, who suffered their second straight loss.

The Nets led by 36 points midway through the second quarter and they held a 93-72 lead going into the fourth quarter.

The Raptors scored 11 unanswered points to go 110-103 after a Scottie Barnes dunk with 37 seconds left.

Durant then had two free throws. Anunoby missed a three-point attempt and Seth Curry sealed the game with two free throws.

Irving and Joe Harris totaled 31 points to help the Nets take a 72-49 halftime lead. It was a first-half high for the Brooklyn squad, which hit 28 of 48 from the floor and eight of 17 from three-pointers.

The Nets led 41-17 after the first quarter. Irving kicked off a 15-game point streak and TJ Warren, playing for the first time in nearly two years, capped it off with a jump shot.
