Simon Houle, this engineer who received a controversial conditional discharge for having engaged in sexual assault and voyeurism, was back in court on Friday.
He indeed formally appeared at the Saint-Jérôme courthouse to answer this time to a charge of breach of probation to which he pleaded not guilty. If he were to be found guilty, he could lose the benefits of the conditional discharge obtained last June.
