The Canadian announced Thursday noon having placed forward Mike Hoffman on the injured list. Rem Pitlick was recalled from the Laval Rocket to replace him.
Hoffman hasn’t played since Nov. 19 with a lower-body injury. The 33-year-old winger has scored 8 points in 16 games since the start of the season.
Pitlick, who was about to take the direction of Vancouver for two Rocket games, will therefore finally head to Calgary, where the CH will face the Flames on Thursday evening.

The 25-year-old forward only played 7 games with the Canadiens at the start of the season, before being demoted to the American League in early November. He was also recalled two weeks ago, but did not play.
Since his arrival at the Rocket, Pitlick has a harvest of one goal and 5 assists for 6 points in 9 games.
