Six weeks after the start of the program, the big ending took place this Saturday, November 26. And not without suspense! Because to spice up the ultimate bonus of the “Star Academy”, the production had the idea of offering two finals in one! A first round first bringing together the last four candidates of the castle, Léa, Anisha, Louis and Enola, at the end of which only two students remained in competition for the ultimate duel leading to the victory of one of them. them. Lucie Bernadoni had thus explained it to the pupils during the daily newspaper of November 24: “For the first part, you will sing alongside an artist and you will also sing during a battle for four. At the end of this first part, the two students who have collected the most votes from the public will be selected for the final of the finals”. This new season will have really put pressure on these budding artists!
And this Saturday evening, they were all looking forward to performing one last time on the “Star Academy” stage, which they shared with great artists such as Michel Polnareff (all together on “Lettre à France”), Lara Fabian (with Léa on “Je t’aime”), Soprano (in duet with Anisha on “Roule”, Christophe Maé (with Louis on the track “Casting”), Nolwenn Leroy (with Enola on “Cassée”). the four candidates sang on “I wanna dance with somebody” by Whitney Houston. Anisha received a composition by Camélia Jordana, Renaud Rebillaud and Vitaa. Enola sang “Hello, I introduce myself” by Oshi. Léa, meanwhile, performed the pop title “ Plus haut” created by Vitaa and Renaud Rebillaud. And Louis, finally, was moved to share his song written by Slimane and Vitaa.
Mid-evening suspense: who are the two finalists?
Only the two finalists could sing with Robbie Williams, the godfather of the show and defend their place each on a solo song.
Louis was assigned “The Quest” by Jacques Brel. For Léa, it’s “Hero” by Mariah Carey, “Hallelujah” by Leonard Cohen was chosen for Anisha and Enola, meanwhile, had to work on “If I Were a Man” by Diane Tell.
After the vote of the public, which was able to express itself throughout the past week, the verdict falls after the last title of Robbie Williams, sponsor of the edition in full promotion, and on a long drum roll: Enola and Anisha are the two finalists of the “Star Academy” 2022!
