As the holidays approach, Matthieu Maurice, alias l’Imposteur Culinaire, is launching his sixth magazine.
He offers 20 recipes for the occasion, but always according to the principle of ketogenic cuisine, commonly called keto. The Gatineau resident reveals, among other things, the secret of his Pork ball stew, his Mini-tourt’hier, his wool belly and round belly cipâte and his Christmas log. The magazine Holiday Culinary Imposter is sold for $9.95 wherever such publications are sold.
Matthieu Maurice will also be at the Salon du livre de Montréal on November 27, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., to promote theCulinary impostor – Volume 3launched in October.
