(Hingham) At least one person was killed and 16 others injured on Monday when an SUV drove into an Apple store in Massachusetts.
Plymouth District Attorney General Timothy Cruz provided further details at a press conference. Police are investigating and did not immediately say whether it was believed to be a voluntary act.
The shop window was ripped open. First responders were on site shortly before 11 a.m. local time in the town of Hingham.
A nurse who works at a nearby hospital told WCVB Network that her facility has been warned to expect around 10 casualties.
The store was due to open about an hour before the incident.
