Once again, the Russians targeted energy infrastructure in Ukraine on Tuesday, November 15. In the evening, the country is partly plunged into darkness. “President Zelensky calls on the population to stay in shelters if they can, after this afternoon of high tensions”, says journalist Stéphanie Perez, live from Odessa (Ukraine). A hundred missiles were fired across the country.
“Most [des missiles, NDLR] was intercepted, but the capital, kyiv, was hit again, two residential buildings, [et] many infrastructures in the cities of Lviv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia [ou] Odessa”, continues the journalist. Like much of the country, Odessa is partly plunged into darkness. “Ukrainians expected this response from Russia, after the withdrawal of Russian forces from the major city of Kherson on Friday“, continues the journalist. These strikes are also a response of Vladimir Putin to the speech “conqueror” of Volodymyr Zelensky in Kherson.
