Sicily is the guest of honor at the 29th MIAM.
Caponata, arancini, almond paste-based desserts, Sicily offers a gastronomic richness and diversity that it owes to the different peoples who have passed through it. North Africa is not far away, the Greeks colonized it, there was even a Norman kingdom in the Middle Ages. Change of scenery guaranteed again this year at MIAM.
To celebrate the event, the Gard CCI and France Bleu Gard Lozère are taking you to Sicily.
You will leave in pairs, by plane from Marseille to Catania. The residence is located in the town of Letojanni, 3 kilometers from Taormina. The residence includes a swimming pool, a restaurant and a massage institute. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning. And you will be leaving in June or September 2023.
