Mozart is in the spotlight in the latest issue of the journal Classica, on newsstands Friday, November 26. A focus which is delighted by Michel Mompontet, at the helm of the 11 p.m. culture column, every Friday: “When you’re a music lover, you have fun looking at the biographies of great musicians, what were Schubert’s faults, how Liszt was in real life … I’ve been passionately fond of Mozart for 45 years. a kindness and a benevolence towards others which leave one perplexed. And then there is all the mystery of his genius, the legends which surrounds him. “ So many facets to find in the last issue of Classica, which was keen to draw a more authentic portrait of the composer.
Music is also those who help it to flourish, those who love it, like the label La Dolce Volta, which celebrates its ten years of existence on December 4 and 5, at La Salle Gaveau in Paris, on the occasion of the 4th edition of its festival. “It’s an absolutely wonderful label, which fights to continue the physical reproduction of records, to sell them, because it helps musicians to live and to make their music known. This festival offers 12 concerts, with an extraordinary mix of ‘artists’, explains Michel Mompontet.
