While COP 27 is being held in Egypt, “HAARP”, one of the leading theories of climate conspiracy, is coming back to the fore to explain major climate events.
Until November 18, Egypt is hosting COP 27, the UN’s international climate conference. On this occasion, a look back at one of the key theories of climate conspiracy: “HAARP” for “High frequency active auroral research program”.
Born in the 90s, this American project studies the upper atmosphere thanks to the antennas present in an observatory located in Alaska. The conspirators are convinced of this: it is a secret weapon aimed at controlling the weather and therefore acting on climatic events.
