These are the points raised by several healthcare groups and patient associations. Together, they decided to sue the state for “culpable deficiency”. Their objective is to send a strong message to the government to react to the crisis in hospitals.

This is not the first time that the State has found itself in this type of procedure. Attacked last year by several environmental NGOs, the French state had been condemned for its climate inaction.
