“Explore” the new Angloy pastry shop

For pastry chef Maxime Raiffé, pastry making is also a family story, his dad is a pastry chef in Poitou Charentes. It was there that he trained as a pastry chef. In 2013 he won the competition for the best apprentice in France, he then joined the Bamas house until 2019 before flying to Sao Tome and improving his knowledge of chocolate, he stayed there for 6 months.
With his partner Manon Bamas; she also comes from a pastry chef’s family; the couple cultivate excellence at “Explore” with cakes inspired by their travels, a pure happiness, to discover absolutely!
