Actress Charlotte Rampling, seen recently in Dunes by Denis Villeneuve, will publish an album on November 11 entitled Love but what a funny idea.

This disc, the second of the British actress after like a woman (2002), was written by Elisa Point and composed by Léonard Lasry, who has previously written for Sylvie Vartan and even collaborated with Swedish trip-hop crooner Jay-Jay Johanson.
On the two songs unveiled so far, Charlotte Rampling narrates more than she sings, being the carrier of the stories. Her voice is laid on elegant music with generous arrangements close to the French tradition, but with a pop sensibility.
This disc follows another collaboration between Léonard Lasry and Charlotte Rampling, Via Condottia duo that tells a love story in the streets of Rome.
