It is at the exit of Piana, on the road which leads to Ajaccio, that Antoine Fuchs has his goats. Here, the setting is idyllic and the feeling of freedom prevails.
Antoine embarked on pastoralism at the age of 15, with his father. Today, the young breeder has a herd of 180 Corsican breed goats. It is in his village that he produces his cheese and especially his brocciu over a wood fire, Piana’s specialty.
Antoine Fuchs wishes to develop his activity, he intends to acquire ewes soon.
