A drama. On the night of Monday to Tuesday, November 1, Takeoff, one of the three band members Migos, died after a shooting in Houston in the United States. The 28-year-old rapper, real name Kirshnik Khari Ball, was shot dead in a bowling alley around 2:30 a.m. while he was indulging in a game of dice as reported TMZ. His uncle and fellow Migos member Quavo was present at the time. Takeoff was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to the first information, an altercation would have broken out during the game before someone opened fire, then shooting Takeoff “either in the head or near his head“. The group became known worldwide from 2013 after the release of their piece Versace. In the title Bad and Boujeefrom their second studio album Culture had also achieved great success, reaching number one on the Billboard Hot 1002.

Over the course of their journey, Migos have collaborated with many renowned artists such as Travis Scott, Cardi B (Offset’s wife and mother of his children Culture and Wave), Calvin Harris, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber or even Nicki Minaj and Drake. Their latest album Cultivation III was released on June 11, 2021. On October 5, 2022, the group had announced their separation.
