We no longer present Laetitia Casta. When the beauty is not on the big screen, she parades for the biggest fashion houses on the catwalks of Fashion Week. At 44, the actress still inspires cinema, theater and fashion. And she could even consider setting foot on stage if she wanted to. Interviewed in the pages of SHE for future performances of the play Clara Haskil at the La Michodière theater in Paris, Laetitia Casta lifted the veil on life at home, surrounded by her husband Louis Garrel and her 4 children.
Contrary to what some might believe, Laetitia Casta can also make you laugh: “I seek and I find all the opportunities to laugh at myself, it defuses everything. And I’m lucky to live with the funniest man in the world. Especially since he has the talent to be able to remain dignified in the giggles, which is not my case“Laetitia Casta has one advantage, however: that of not realizing the moments full of humor that she offers to those around her:”I make my loved ones laugh a lot but it’s always in spite of myself. Stuff escapes me and I only understand afterwards why I said or did something funny.”
This funny side is actually nothing funny even if it is nothing serious either: “I think it’s due to my dyslexia, which nobody diagnosed when I was little… My brain was made weirdly, which luckily doesn’t show in work, but in private, it gives me a way of speaking, and above all of getting angry, which pisses everyone off. Not very believable to get angry when you are the princess of Motordu !”
This small manufacturing defect as she mentions it does not prevent her from being happy and well surrounded. Married to Louis Garrel since 2017, she became the mother of a little Azel, 1 year old, with the actor. Laetitia Casta is the mother of 3 other children: Sahteene, 21, the fruit of her love with Stéphane Sednaoui, and Athena, 13 and Orlando, 16, born of her marriage to Stefano Accorsi. A beautiful blended family which therefore remains its best audience!
