A new passage in force. Elisabeth Borne engaged, Wednesday, October 26 at the end of the evening, the responsibility of her government, by having recourse to article 49.3 of the Constitution, on the whole of the social security financing bill (PLFSS).
“I find it regrettable that the benches of the Nupes have emptied in anticipation while I quote measures desired, wanted, demanded, sometimes for a long time by the left of this assembly”declared the Prime Minister, while the deputies on the left, but also those of the RN, had already left the hemicycle.

This is the third use of 49.3 on the budget texts, after that on the revenue part of the State budget (PLF) and that already triggered on the Social Security budget last week.
