The news had fallen at the beginning of September. Christian Quesada was imprisoned in Perpignan prison on September 26, when he had been on parole since March 2021, after spending two years in prison for corruption of minors and possession of child pornography images. The reason ? He had not fulfilled his legal obligations. Thus, following a hearing before the sentence enforcement judge on October 6, it was decided that the father of the family was sentenced to a one-month prison term. The case dates back to the year 2019 after an underage girl filed a complaint against him. At the time, she explained that she had dialogued on the internet with a boy pretending to be a minor and asking him to undress. Subsequently, hundreds of compromising images and videos of minors and children undergoing rape and sexual assault were found on his computers. If Christian Quesada had recognized the facts, he had all the same specified that he had never committed sexual assault. He had thus been sentenced to three years in prison for corruption of minors and possession and dissemination of child pornography in 2020. He had been placed on parole in 2021 and had therefore left the prison of Bourg-en-Bresse. But he was obliged to follow certain rules, such as not to come into contact with minors, to leave the territory, and an obligation to follow psychiatric and addictology care. He also had the obligation to look for work and, because of a “lack of investment in his search for training and employment”, he was again imprisoned in Perpignan this time.
He was already known to the police since he had already been convicted for the first time in 2002 for sexual exhibition and in 2009 for possession and consultation of child pornography images.
