The girl’s father, helped by three friends and neighbors who had set up surveillance, arrested the‘teenager on the night of Friday to Saturday when he tried, according to them, to climb a fence on his property shortly before 3 am. During the night of Thursday to Friday, the victim’s mother found herself face to face with a young man leaving her daughter’s room, located on the 1st floor of their house, who had just been sexually touched.
“After showing the photo of the young man to the girl’s mother, who formally recognized him, they beat him up, causing a total interruption of work (ITT) of 10 days, before calling the police. “, reports the prosecutor. Treated at Roanne hospital, the teenager, an isolated minor who had been living for a fortnight in a specialized structure close to the house, was then placed in police custody and presented to an examining magistrate on Sunday. “He denies the facts of which he is accused”says the prosecution.
