A gunman killed two people Monday, October 24 in a high school in Saint-Louis, (State of Missouri, in the center of the United States), before being shot dead by the police, announced the local police . An adult woman and a young girl died and several other people were injured, St. Louis Police Chief Mike Sack said.

The agents, who came to the scene after an emergency call, exchanged fire with the assailant, who was hit and succumbed to his injuries, according to the same source. “The shooter was quickly arrested by the police”, clarified on Twitter the school group of public schools in Saint-Louis. The identity and age of the suspect, estimated to be in his twenties, have not yet been definitively established, said the police chief.
