The Isère fire brigade intervened in no less than 4 accidents on the Isère section of the A7 motorway overnight from Friday to Saturday. Two of his accidents were more serious than the others, both north of the Vienne-Reventin toll, in the Marseille-Lyon direction.
Around 10:41 p.m. at kilometer point 34, between the Vienne-Reventin tollbooth and the Vienne Sud interchange, an accident involving 2 heavy goods vehicles and 3 cars resulted in 6 injuries, one of them seriously. All of the victims are between the ages of 18 and 20. A 19-year-old woman was transported to Lyon-Sud hospital. The other victims, men, were hospitalized in Vienna. The highway was only reopened to one lane around 2 a.m.
Around 11:16 p.m. then, further north at kilometer point 27, between Vienne and Chasse-sur-Rhône, a single car swerved. A 25-year-old young woman was taken to Lyon-Sud in absolute emergency and a 21-year-old young man was hospitalized in Vienna.
