08:19 : The Prime Minister, Elisabeth Borne, who denounces the “blocking” opposition, is preparing to draw article 49.3 this afternoon or early evening, according to several sources in the government contacted by franceinfo. Out of more than 3,400 amendments tabled by all the parliamentary groups, “80 to 100” will be retained in the final text.
