Tomato soup on one of the most famous paintings in the world. Two environmental activists from the Just Stop Oil movement threw soup on The sunflowersa masterpiece by Van Gogh exhibited at the National Gallery in London, Friday October 14 at the end of the morning.

The scene was filmed by a journalist from the Guardian and the action was claimed on Twitter by the movement, which calls for the immediate halt to any new oil or gas project. “Which is more valuable, art or life?” asks Just Stop Oil in its message.
