This is the sixth edition of the Châteauroux start-up weekend organized by the CCI of Indre in partnership with Châteauroux Métropole and Crédit Agricole. Students, job seekers, employees undergoing retraining, auto-entrepreneurs and even retirees, a total of around a hundred participants, will meet from this Friday evening at the Cité du Numérique in Châteauroux. They will form teams in which they will work on an innovative idea and try to convince a jury of the relevance and viability of their project.
An inspiring theme
Week-end start-ups thus encourage the creation of young companies by allowing their participants to test their ideas, meet associates with complementary skills or even find investors. The Châteauroux weekend start-up wanted to stand out from its counterparts by offering this year a theme around low-tech or low technology. The main objective of low-tech is to initiate a global movement aimed at reducing our ecological footprint and anticipating the energy and material descent of the years to come. Concerns in tune with the times judging by the success registrations up sharply compared to last year.
Five prizes will be awarded at the end of these 54 very studious hours in the form of support to continue the entrepreneurial adventure beyond this weekend.
My France: Energy savings
Generalized increase in the cost of living, risk of shortage of electricity or gas, extreme climatic phenomena: these crises upset our daily lives, transform our lifestyles, push us to draw the contours of new horizons. To meet these challenges, France Bleu and Make.org are launching a major citizen consultation around energy savings. Take a stand on these solutions & propose your own!
