The draw for the 6th round of the French Football Cup took place yesterday, Monday, in the premises of France 3. 10 clubs are still in the running, including 3 from the Alpes-Maritimes: US Cap d’Ail playing in regional 2, RC Pays de Grasse, club of national 2 and ES Cannet-Rocheville of national 3. These Riviera clubs will play the weekend of October 15 and 16 and will respectively face Hyères FC, Uga Ardziv and Aubagne FC . This 6th round is the last to be played at regional level, then it is the national federation that takes over with matches that can be played anywhere in France. Last year ES Cannet-Rocheville was knocked out by Olympique de Marseille in the 32nd round.
